Portable precise water activity (Aw- value) analyzer / meter with exchangeable external sensors for a wide range of applications with manual- & auto datalog function.

To measure special materials like meat, butter, cheese, fruit mix, spicery, granulate, mushrooms, xylit, flavor / gyle or pvc.

The humimeter RH2 water activity meter measures relative humidity, absolute humidity, dew point, equilibrium moisture content, aw-value, CO2 concentration (ppm) and temperature.
